Descripción

  • Analyse financial and economic data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor and control costs across departments and projects, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
  • Prepare, analyse and report cost data, including labour, materials, overheads and production expenses.
  • Manage monthly and annual closing processes (P&L and Balance Sheet), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
  • Support cost-benefit analysis for new projects, capital expenditures and business initiatives.
  • Work closely with project managers, department heads and other stakeholders to gather financial information and provide recommendations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management.
  • Coordinate and provide indirect leadership to accounting and finance team members.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing full accounting closings and financial reporting.
  • Strong background in management accounting, cost control and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Autonomous, well-organised profile, able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
