Descripción

  • Oversee and manage all financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the budgeting process and monitor expenditure against set budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Maintain financial data integrity and implement best practices in financial management.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Controller Senior should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Effective communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or financial planning tools is highly valued
  • Experience in multinational environments and exposure to international reporting standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
