Senior Commercial Operations Specialist

Your Mission

• You will be responsible for ensuring that commercial conditions are properly validated, calculated, and managed, guaranteeing their correct posting in the system and their conversion into revenue.
• You will handle calculations for company special campaigns and sell-in/sell-out conditions, as well as actively monitor provisions until they are invoiced.
• You will track operational KPIs, ensuring process control and achievement of targets with a strong focus on results.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Validate agreements and commercial conditions with suppliers
• Ensure correct system posting and traceability
• Calculate bonuses and commercial contributions (sell-in / sell-out)
• Manage the full cycle: validation → calculation → claim → invoicing
• Reduce open provisions and convert them into invoiced revenue
• Manage incidents and unblock critical situations
• Monitor KPIs (compliance, provisions, invoicing)
• Collaborate with Category Management, Finance, and Controlling
• Prepare analysis and reporting
