Market Data Specialist is in the heart of the IT landscape for our global dealing rooms and risk managers in Asia, Europe and Americas, with aprox. 30 scrum teams cooperating to evolve it towards target Financial Markets IT vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Trading Risk Management, Front Office Traders and Front Office Quants to gather requirements and help improve FMGT's Market Data infrastructure.
  • Support Trading Risk Management in their role of Market Data Steward with system specific implementation details.
  • Contribute to building a roadmap, spanning across different departments and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focused on understanding their challenges and opportunities.
  • Maximize business value by providing clear and developer-ready content for user stories in the squad backlog and facilitate alignment of delivery teams with businesses/user groups.
  • Translate and explain the "What" so that IT engineers can determine the appropriate "How."
  • Structure, simplify, and solve issues on processes and systems. Lead end-to-end refinement and solution design sessions.
  • Work independently and ensure that implications of decisions are thought through and addressed.
  • Create an environment of open dialogue that encourages expertise development through collaboration and idea-sharing.
  • Accumulate and collect knowledge, keep it up to date, and make it accessible for all parties. Take initiatives for sharing knowledge.



Together with your customer journey expert colleagues, you will:

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (Trading, Risk Management, IT), focusing on understanding their challenges and opportunities to improve overall experience
  • Combine market and system knowledge, product management, and business expertise to take a leading role in successfully delivering change initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the business to the squads.
  • Gain valuable knowledge of Financial Markets, IT Systems development, and banking processes, providing a solid base for career opportunities inside the Tribe and elsewhere



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Market Data Specialist should have:

  • 5+ years background in IT environment for Financial Markets and/or Treasury
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Proven experience with Market Data (usage, sourcing, transformation, governance).
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets products and their data needs.
  • Affinity or interest in IT and technology-driven environments.
  • Experience with product or project management is a plus.
  • A problem-solving mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English) across various levels of expertise and seniority.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Enjoy working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment spanning international locations, trust others, and be trusted.
  • Strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast-changing and complex environment.
  • Foreign languages: English (excellent level)
