Reporting to the Transformation Director, the M&A & Integration Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's acquisition strategy.The role covers end-to-end M&A execution, from market assessment and deal origination through closing and full integration. It offers strong exposure to senior leadership, high visibility within the organization, and significant ownership from day one.

Multinational distributor company. This is a high-impact, Iberia-level position based in Madrid.

Descripción

M&A

  • Conduct market screening and target identification
  • Lead business case development, including synergy assessment
  • Prepare executive materials and negotiation support documents
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational)
  • Ensure alignment with Group governance and approval processes
  • Lead transaction structuring and closing



Post-Merger Integration

  • Define and lead the integration roadmap aligned with the deal thesis
  • Own the 100-day plan, with clear milestones, owners, and KPIs
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Ops, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement)
  • Track synergies and value delivery vs. business case
  • Identify and resolve integration risks and execution bottlenecks

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • M&A Experience: Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end M&A processes.
  • Professional Background: 6+ years of experience in M&A/Transaction Services.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and business planning.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills; ability to structure clear, compelling narratives.
  • Analytical Rigour: Strong problem-solving capabilities; able to quickly ramp up on new topics and deliver autonomous impact.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
