Junior Project Manager (Temporary 1 year) - Tech Company

Reporting to the Head of this team, your main responsibilities will be:

* Own end-to-end program management for EU Spanish Payment initiatives cross-country ensuring milestones are tracked, risks are escalated, and deliverables are met on time;
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Retail, Tech, and Customer Service teams to unblock regulatory, contractual, and operational dependencies;
* Manage external partner engagement activities, including outreach to financial institutions, payment networks, and third-party service providers ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and business models;
* Support the design and execution of shadow environment pilots and open innovation frameworks , coordinating between internal engineering teams and external partners;
* Monitor and report on key payment performance metrics providing regular updates to leadership and flagging risks proactively;
* Maintain and improve program documentation, process playbooks, and handover materials to ensure continuity and scalability across the team;
* Support the scoping and execution of AI-driven tools and automation initiatives in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
