Descripción

  • Lead the national sales strategy and execution across all residential projects.
  • Oversee the full sales pipeline, including pricing, absorption pace, and target achievement.
  • Define and implement project-specific commercial strategies from launch to sell-out.
  • Integrate online marketing campaigns with CRM systems and manage the full lead lifecycle from campaign to sale.
  • Drive off-plan and presales performance, ensuring early-stage absorption targets are met.
  • Build and manage a strong network of brokers and agency partners nationwide.
  • Lead and coordinate internal sales teams, setting targets and performance standards.
  • Ensure close alignment with marketing, finance, and senior management on strategy and execution.
  • Ability to define and monitor marketing and sales KPIs through dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility to senior management and board.
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing proactive actions to maximize revenue and margins.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • 10+ years of experience in senior residential real estate sales roles in Spain.
  • Proven track record in new-build and off-plan sales strategy and execution.
  • Strong experience managing multi-project pipelines at a national level.
  • Deep exposure to broker networks and agency relationships.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies, challenging performance, and optimizing lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and major real estate portals.
  • Strong command of pipeline management, pricing strategy, and sales performance optimization.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (business level required).
  • Based in Barcelona area.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), conversion rates and ROI, and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Strong leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to drive national sales performance across multiple high-value projects.
  • Strategic yet hands-on profile, capable of influencing stakeholders, leading teams, and executing with precision in high-accountability environments.
