We are looking for an Analytics & Performance Specialist who combines hands-on technical expertise with a strategic mindset. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, data analytics, and business intelligence, and is responsible for ensuring that our digital ecosystem is properly instrumented, measured, and optimized to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is someone who does not just interpret dashboards-they build them. Someone who configures tracking architectures from scratch, connects performance to revenue impact, and leverages AI-powered tools to generate insights faster and more accurately. This is not a purely strategic role; it requires daily hands-on work with analytics platforms, tag management, consent management, and paid media data.

Main Responsibilities:

**Analytics Architecture & Implementation

  • Own the end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including data streams, custom events, audiences, explorations, and attribution models.
  • Manage and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) across web and app properties: tags, triggers, variables, data layer architecture, and debugging.
  • Implement and maintain OneTrust (or equivalent CMP) ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance, proper consent-mode integration with GA4 and advertising platforms, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and implement data layers and cross-domain measurement strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity through QA processes, tag audits, and validation of tracking implementations.



**Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Analyze data and correlate it with business KPIs (revenue, CAC, LTV, ROAS, margin) to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent tools, translating raw data into actionable business narratives.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, A/B test statistical evaluation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proactively surface insights and anomalies, turning data into clear recommendations with measurable business impact.
  • Support CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives with data-driven hypotheses, test design, and results interpretation.



**Paid Media Analytics & Channel Mix

  • Analize paid media investment across markets and channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on efficiency and incrementality.
  • Contribute to channel mix optimization by evaluating cross-channel performance, budget allocation effectiveness, and diminishing returns thresholds.
  • Integrate paid media platform data with GA4 and BI tools to create unified performance views.
  • Track and report on media spend vs. targets, pacing, and forecasting accuracy



**AI Tools & Innovation

  • Leverage AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate data analysis, reporting, insight generation, and content optimization workflows.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging AI/ML solutions applicable to marketing analytics.
  • Promote a data-first and AI-augmented culture within the team, sharing best practices and building reusable prompt libraries and automation templates.
  • Stay current with AI developments in the MarTech ecosystem and proactively propose integration opportunities.



**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the analytics point of contact for product, and technology teams, translating technical findings into business language.
  • Support international stakeholders and participate in cross-functional meetings in English.
  • Document all analytics processes, naming conventions, and measurement frameworks to ensure knowledge continuity.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The Analytics & Performance Specialist should have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, or a related role
  • Proven track record of configuring and managing GA4 and GTM in production environments (not just reporting from pre-built setups).
  • Experience working with consent management platforms (OneTrust, Cookiebot, or similar) and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Demonstrated ability to connect metrics to business outcomes



Technical Skills (Must-Have)

  • Google Analytics 4: advanced configuration, custom dimensions/metrics, BigQuery export, data API, audience building, and attribution.
  • Google Tag Manager: ability to debug complex implementations independently.
  • OneTrust / CMP: vendor management, compliance auditing.
  • Looker Studio / Power BI: dashboard design, data blending, calculated fields, and storytelling through data visualization.
  • SQL: intermediate-to-advanced level for querying BigQuery, Redshift, or equivalent data warehouses.
  • Spreadsheets: advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, pivot tables, and ad-hoc analysis.



Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize successor, VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty).
  • Knowledge of server-side tracking and hybrid measurement approaches.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL pipelines.
  • Paid media platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).



AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Active and proficient user of generative AI tools for professional tasks (analysis, reporting, code generation, content
  • Understanding of how AI/ML models apply to marketing use cases: predictive analytics, customer segmentation, attribution, personalization.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend AI-powered MarTech tools for the team and business.



Languages

  • Spanish: native or bilingual proficiency.
  • English: C1 minimum (working language). Must be comfortable with meetings, writing reports, and presenting insights in English
