Descripción The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Provide talent sourcing and recruiting support to your assigned marketOwn the candidate search strategy for your assigned jobsCreate compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials, work on improving brand perception in target groupsPrequalify, screen and assess candidates to ensure qualification matches capability to the organizationIdentify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidatesPartner with internal stakeholders to support a smooth interview and assessment processIdentify new sourcing channels, platforms and technology to help us continually improve¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
