International insurance brokerage specializing in corporate clients and currently experiencing a strong growth phase and expansion of its operations in Spain.

Descripción

  • Manage the operational lifecycle of insurance policies, including issuance, renewals, endorsements, amendments, and certificates.
  • Maintain and update information across internal systems and databases.
  • Monitor policy renewals and oversee portfolio administration activities.
  • Coordinate with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise invoicing processes, policy records, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare operational reports and monitor service-related KPIs.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements applicable to an insurance brokerage.
  • Coordinate a small operational support team.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • 4-6 years of experience in operations within the insurance sector, either in a brokerage or insurance company environment.
  • Candidates currently working as Underwriting Assistants , looking to take the next step in their career will be highly considered.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate policy administration and insurance operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Professional level of English.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
  • Ambitious professional with growth potential, comfortable taking ownership and eager to join an expanding business.
