Guardar Volver a la búsqueda Descripción Resumen Otras ofertas Actualizado el 09/04/2026We offer a 12-month project based in MadridExperience as data analyst and knowledge of logistics and transportation¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Our client is one of the world's largest companies engaged in the production, sale, and distribution of lubricants.DescripciónManage the efficient supply of the full range of products.Create and track purchase orders in SAP.Ensure stock levels are maintained within the optimum range of stock days.Monitor and optimise supply chain processes.Control and minimise transport costs.Liaise with the logistics operator to monitor inbound goods and resolve issues.Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support in standard request and urgent ones as wellMaintain fluid and effective communication with international suppliers and the company's head office in the UK.Develop and implement digital tools to improve the efficiency of the team and related areas.Collaborate with other European Operations departments to align on strategy, business performance and KPI results.Optimise inventory levels to balance supply and demand, avoiding overstock or stock-outs, keeping the right Days Sales of Inventory (DSI).Ensuring safety stocks are updated quarterly and align with Sales Team with the goal of keeping inventory to a minimum whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.Have a continuous improvement mindset to improve the Supply process and resolve any challenges that may arise.
