IT Infraestructure Project & Service Manager (PHARMA COMPANY)

The position will act as the liaison between functional teams, service providers, and technical teams, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, technological evolution of the infrastructure, and the successful execution of strategic projects.

This is not intended to be a hands-on operational administration role, although a strong technical understanding of systems, cloud, and IT infrastructure environments is required.

• IT Service Management: Supervise and coordinate on premises infrastructure and cloud services delivered by external providers, ensuring service quality, operational stability, and compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Act as the main coordination point for critical incidents, escalations, maintenance activities, and service improvements, ensuring business continuity and alignment with company expectations.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology partners and outsourcing providers, ensuring proper service delivery, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement. Coordinate operational and strategic follow-up meetings, evaluate vendor performance, and support vendor selection, contract renewals, and service optimization initiatives.

• Project Leadership: Lead on premises infrastructure, cloud, and technology transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, manage risks and priorities, and ensure successful transition of projects into operational support.

• Budget & Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and control the budget, including operational expenses, service contracts, and project-related costs. Identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency while supporting financial planning and investment decision processes.

• Governance & Technology Strategy: Define and evolv the company's infrastructure and cloud strategy, supporting modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and business continuity initiatives. Ensure that services and projects comply with corporate policies, operational standards, and governance frameworks..

• On premises Infrastructure & Cloud Security: Ensure the security and compliance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments by promoting and enforcing cybersecurity best practices, corporate policies, and security standards. Coordinate with internal security teams and external providers to identify risks, support remediation initiatives, ensure proper access control and protection measures, and contribute to maintaining a secure and resilient infrastructure landscape.
