The purpose of this role is simple:

To design, build and lead a world-class admissions and growth function that consistently attracts more high-quality families, increases student enrolment, strengthens the school´s brand and creates an outstanding admissions experience.

This is not a traditional Head of Admissions position.

We are looking for a commercially minded leader capable of integrating Admissions, Marketing, CRM, Digital Strategy, Artificial Intelligence and Automation into one high-performing growth engine.

Success will be measured through measurable business results rather than activity.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Strategy

  • Lead the entire admissions journey from first enquiry to enrolment.
  • Improve every stage of the admissions funnel.
  • Design scalable admissions processes and procedures.
  • Create an exceptional experience for prospective families.
  • Increase enquiry-to-visit conversion rates.
  • Increase visit-to-enrolment conversion rates.
  • Improve admissions response times.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the admissions process.



Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase both the quantity and quality of admissions enquiries.

Responsibilities include:

  • SEO strategy.
  • Local SEO.
  • Website optimisation.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
  • Google Ads.
  • Meta advertising.
  • Digital campaigns.
  • Content marketing.
  • Email marketing.
  • Brand awareness campaigns.
  • Lead generation strategies.
  • Referral programmes.
  • Partnerships.
  • Event marketing.
  • Reputation management.



The successful candidate should understand how every marketing activity contributes to admissions growth and return on investment.

Brand Strategy

  • Strengthen the St. Anne's brand positioning.
  • Ensure consistency across every communication channel.
  • Improve the school's digital presence.
  • Develop compelling messaging.

CRM & Sales Process

Own and optimise the school's CRM and admissions pipeline.

Responsibilities include:

  • CRM implementation and optimisation.
  • Lead qualification.
  • Pipeline management.
  • Marketing automation.
  • Sales automation.
  • Lead nurturing.
  • Reporting dashboards.
  • KPI reporting.
  • Admissions forecasting.
  • Data quality.
  • Customer journey optimisation.



Artificial Intelligence & Automation

Artificial Intelligence will play a central role in the future growth of the school.

The successful candidate should already have practical experience implementing AI solutions that improve efficiency, scalability and commercial performance.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Admissions team.

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
  • Experience building or improving admissions, sales or customer acquisition functions.

Technical ExpertiseThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of:
