The company is undergoing a significant growth and transformation process, focused on improving client experience, expanding strategic categories and innovating across the business.DescripciónThe selected candidate will be responsible for:Leading the Antiques & Paintings department (team, P&L and business operations).Analyze the market, stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor solutions to identify opportunities to improve customer experience.Lead the preparation and execution of the auctions on a quarterly basis (including catalog setting, marketing, etc.).Coordinate with other departments for the preparation of auctions, private sales, e-commerce and cross-functional projects (e.g. marketing & PR).¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Masters degree in Art History from a top-tier university, PhD a plus.7-10 years of experience in retail or auctions in the antiques or paintings categories.Knowledge of the art market, network, auction business and e-commerce.Proven interpersonal and relational skills in an international environment.Motivation and willingness to learn.Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership.Fluency to speak, read and write in Spanish and English.
