Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist fluent in German

As part of the Finance department, you will support Accounts Receivable and accounting activities while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and customers.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Manage collection activities and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Investigate invoicing issues and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Process and allocate incoming payments.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Prepare and review aging reports.
• Support the reconciliation of Accounts Receivable balances.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities related to customer accounts.

Banking & Reconciliations

• Process banking transactions and cash receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of reconciliation schedules and reporting files.

Controls & Reporting

• Assist with audit requests and finance-related documentation.
• Support reporting activities and accounting controls.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
