An international FMCG company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its team in Barcelona for a 6-month temporary assignment.

Descripción

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key supply chain KPIs, including service level, inventory, forecast accuracy, OTIF, and logistics costs.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain stakeholders (Planning, Logistics, Customer Experience) to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven analytics solutions.
  • Convert business questions into structured analytical frameworks, data models, and visual insights that enable informed decision-making.
  • Support the automation and standardization of reporting and analytics processes across the global supply chain.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of supply chain performance reporting.
  • Extract, validate, and organize supply chain data from ERP systems (M3 preferred).
  • Work collaboratively with IT, Finance, and global/regional supply chain teams to enhance data availability and reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on data governance, KPI standardization, and improving data quality.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics analytics is highly preferred.
  • Strong practical experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and visualization best practices.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as M3, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Power Platform or reporting automation tools is desirable.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
  • Proven experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Business proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
