Candidates should have experience contributing to the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and highly available systems, as well as working with both relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions. Additional experience with AWS technologies, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, multi-tier applications, and large-scale software delivery is highly valued.
