You will own the experience design for the fan-facing programme, creating distinctive moments that deepen connection, encourage participation, and give fans more reasons to return.You will define fresh formats across fan stages, athlete appearances, fan zones, VIP experiences, and other key touchpoints. This is not an event operations role. You will set the vision and create the programme, then work closely with internal stakeholders, promoters, and delivery partners to bring it to life through creativity, practical judgement, and consistently high standards.DescripciónFan Experience Strategy & DesignOwn the strategy and creative vision for the end-to-end fan journey across physical and connected touchpoints.Define what a distinctive fan experience should feel like and create practical principles that can be scaled across different venues and markets.Design reusable formats that build global recognition while leaving room for meaningful local adaptation.Define a tiered portfolio of fan experiences and products, ranging from premium VIP offerings to accessible participation opportunities, ensuring engagement across diverse audience segments and creating new commercial opportunities.Programming & InnovationOwn the fan-facing programme across stages, opening ceremonies, athlete appearances, fan zones, and agreed entertainment formats.Develop fresh and innovative event concepts throughout the year that respond to local audiences and keep the experience engaging and surprising.Create show frameworks and participation mechanics in partnership with relevant marketing, sporting, and commercial teams.Identify, test, and refine ideas that deepen emotional connection, participation, and fan satisfaction.Collaboration & ImplementationWork closely with event promotion teams to brief promoters on fan experience strategy, formats, objectives, and responsibilities.Build highly collaborative relationships with event operations, sporting departments, teams, athletes, promoters, agencies, and suppliers.Partner closely with digital teams to ensure a connected fan journey, integrating physical and digital experiences before, during, and after events.Select and manage creative and experiential agencies, ensuring their work aligns with the overall strategy and elevates execution standards.Support implementation at priority events while maintaining a clear distinction between experience ownership and operational delivery.Travel regularly to key events throughout the season to gather insights, develop new fan concepts, and continuously enhance the event experience.Feedback & Continuous ImprovementCreate a consistent approach to fan feedback, observation, and post-event reviews.Use participation data, audience sentiment, promoter feedback, operational learnings, and available audience insights to evaluate experiences and formats.Recommend what should be repeated, refined, or discontinued, maintaining a practical experience playbook for promoters and delivery teams.Manage assigned budgets and external partners with a strong focus on value creation and accountability.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Key CharacteristicsCreative experience thinker: You generate fresh ideas and know how to shape them into compelling fan formats.Fan obsessed: You understand the emotion of live sport and design every touchpoint around deeper connection.Highly collaborative: You build trust across marketing, sporting and operational teams and make complex delivery partnerships work.Practical judgement: You understand operational realities without allowing them to limit the ambition of the experience.Energy and curiosity: You look constantly for inspiration, monitor industry trends, test new ideas and keep the programme moving forward.High standards: You care deeply about detail, consistency and how the whole experience feels.Ideal ExperienceSignificant experience in fan experience, experience design, experiential marketing, live entertainment or event programmingA strong creative portfolio and proven ability to develop innovative, high-profile live formatsExperience working with talent, athletes, rights holders, promoters, venues, production teams or agenciesStrong agency, project, budget and stakeholder-management skillsExperience using fan/customer feedback and live-event learning to improve experiencesKnowledge of accessibility, crowd experience and event safety considerations would be advantageous¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?Life and accident insurance providing cover equivalent to twice the annual gross salary.Private health insurance with a leading provider following successful completion of the probationary period.
