Descripción

Due to continued growth and strong traction in the Spanish market, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across Spanish-speaking regions.

  • Deliver against revenue targets and business objectives
  • Own and accurately forecast your pipeline
  • Lead sales conversations from discovery through to closing
  • Build strong insights into customer needs and collaborate with product teams to refine the value proposition
  • Identify market trends and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences
  • Contribute to the development of sales best practices and coaching of junior colleagues



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop a high-quality pipeline across multiple channels
  • Experience engaging and closing senior decision-makers
  • Understanding of the Corporate L&D / training landscape in Spain



Nice to have:

  • Additional European language
  • Experience within EdTech or selling to HR / L&D stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
