Descripción

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of industrial customers across Iberia and Southern France.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and strategic projects.
  • Develop, support, and train a network of distributors and channel partners.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial activities.
  • Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Technical degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in industrial B2B technical sales.
  • Proven track record working with distributors and channel partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing technical projects and complex sales cycles.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and French.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
