* Define and implement the purchasing strategy aligned with corporate and financial objectives.

* Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiation activities.

* Establish and manage supplier framework agreements and contracts.

* Own and maintain price lists, commercial conditions, and contracts in the ERP.

* Approve purchase orders according to delegated authority and ensure compliance with approval workflows.

* Manage changes to purchase orders affecting price, commercial terms, or contractual conditions.

* Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with internal control requirements.

* Monitor purchasing performance, savings, and supplier risks.

* Coordinate with Operations to ensure supply continuity within the approved purchasing framework.

* Support audits (internal and external) related to purchasing activities.

* Functional owner of purchasing-related master data (suppliers, price lists, contracts).
