Descripción

* Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization.

* Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs.

* Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures.

* Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.

* Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.

* Ensure compliance by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders.

* Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance.

* Support the use of ServiceNow Discovery and related tools to maintain a reliable and up-to-date asset inventory.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?



  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • 3-6 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ServiceNow functional role within medium to large organizations.


  • Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on ITSM.


  • Proven experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.


  • Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management principles.


  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.


  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments.


  • ServiceNow and/or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO, CSA, ITSM) are a plus.


  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German or Spanish) are a plus.
