Descripción

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to support network expansion across the region.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value partnership agreements.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal execution.
  • Assess market opportunities and evaluate the commercial viability of potential projects.
  • Develop compelling proposals and present the value proposition to prospective partners.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and execution of signed agreements.

  • Ability to rapidly build and develop a strong network of contacts
  • Proven experience in originating and closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
