Guardar Volver a la búsqueda Descripción Resumen Otras ofertas Added 22/09/2026100% RemoteBilingual / native-level in both Spanish and English¿Dónde vas a trabajar?We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a growing international organisation and support the HR Lead across day-to-day people operations in Europe.DescripciónManage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes across European markets.Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS.Support benefits administration and respond to employees' questions regarding HR policies and procedures.Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.Help build and structure the HR department, developing and implementing HR processes and procedures from the ground up.Support compliance with local employment legislation and HR documentation requirements across different European countries.Liaise with ADP and external providers to support payroll management.Support annual salary review and performance review processes.Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.Prepare HR reports and support the HR Lead with people-related projects and initiatives.Provide general HR support to employees and managers across the organisation.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a generalist HR role.Experience in a fast-growing, international or multi-country environment is a plus.Working knowledge of Spanish employment law; exposure to other European jurisdictions is highly valued.Bilingual / native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
