Descripción

As a Finance Manager / FP&A Manager, you will support the CFO across all financial planning and performance processes, acting as the key financial partner for the business. This role is designed for someone with strong analytical and modelling capabilities who can take on the CFO role within the next 1-2 years.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities.
  • Analysing key SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn, CAC, LTV and cohort performance.
  • Preparing insightful board-level reporting and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, unit economics and profitability analysis.
  • Supporting the CFO in investor relations, banking, audits and financial planning.
  • Driving improvements in financial processes, automation and internal controls.
  • Acting as a strategic sparring partner to founders and business leaders.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.4-5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit or consulting.

Previous experience in a SaaS environment, ideally B2C.

Strong analytical, financial modelling and business insight capabilities.

Deep understanding of subscription models and digital KPIs.

A proactive, hands‑on profile with the ambition to grow quickly.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence founders and stakeholders.

Drive, ownership, and readiness to take on senior responsibility in the short term.
