Build credibility and trust quickly.
With the Iberia CEO, Leadership Team, ﬁnance organisation, and regional and European stakeholders.
Balance business proximity with the independence required of the ﬁnance function.
Lead the transformation.
Evolve the ﬁnance function and prepare the organisation for Fusion.
Challenge existing processes, promote new ways of working, and manage change eﬀectively.
Deliver impact from the earliest stages of onboarding.
Drive business partnering.
Move from a predominantly control-oriented function to one that actively contributes to business decisions and development.

Exposure to ERP implementations and major technology transformations.
