The Data Analyst / Engineer plays a critical role in enabling our client's data-driven transformation by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data platforms, pipelines, and analytical datasets. The role ensures reliable, secure, and governed data is available to business users, analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, and reporting solutions across the organization.

Aquaculture / Seafood. It is the world's largest producer of farmed Atlantic salmon and one of the largest seafood companies globally.

Descripción

  • Strong experience with Snowflake, including data modelling and analytical architecture design.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation, optimization, and analysis.
  • Experience building data models and semantic layers for reporting, BI, and analytics initiatives.
  • Proven track record developing ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Strong Python skills, including Pandas, automation, and data processing.
  • Experience with Databricks, PySpark, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including source control, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Ability to define and implement data quality controls, including duplicate detection, null value management, and validation processes.
  • Experience supporting Business Intelligence solutions, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing trusted datasets and data structures for AI, Machine Learning, and AI Agent consumption.

  • A hands-on profile capable of combining architectural thinking with technical execution.
  • Strong focus on data quality, continuous improvement, and scalable solutions supporting analytics and AI initiatives.
