We're now a FTSE 250 organization with operations in 36 countries, providing recruitment services and career opportunities at a local regional and global level.DescripciónGather contract-related documentation from different stakeholders: client, candidates, sales, local finance & other teamsPerform compliance checks on the information and documents received (relevance, validity, completeness, etc)Generate Client and Candidate contracts. Issue the contracts, have them signed and stored.Create and maintain client and/or candidate information in our master data bases ensuring accuracy of data & consistency between the different systemsIf needed, work closely with public administration to obtain & manage administrative/legal documentation & benefit (for example: allowance, visa, etc.)The right incumbent for this role therefore is someone with attention to detail and is keen to understand how all these different processes impact each other. Secondary tasks:May be in contact with Candidates and Customers to collect relevant information to create contracts in accurate and timely fashionProvide accurate and timely responses to internal and external customers' queries & requests. A strong culture of ownership & accountability is desiredCapture business needs for ad hoc reportsSupport continuous improvement effort to reduce error and cycle time, improve accuracy & efficiencySupport the project team to any migration related activities¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field is a mustStrong understanding of various HR functions, including local labor law, temporary hiring and interpretation of collective agreementsIdeally prior experience of:working in shared service center environmentworking in Administration, HR Services, Accounts Payables, Billing and/or Customer Servicecollaborating effectively with international team/cross-team to deliverFluency in Portuguese and English are a must.
