Ensure data flows, integrations, and structures are properly implemented and aligned with business needs, translating strategic inputs into clear operational and technical plans.Data Collection & Structuring: Define and implement data collection frameworks across key touchpoints (web, CRM, media), ensuring data is standardized, governed, and compliant. Work closely with technical teams to maintain data quality, consistency, and usability.CRM Activation & Use Cases (B2C & B2B): Enable data activation within CRM and marketing platforms to support segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys across both B2C and B2B environments. Contribute to the execution of data-driven use cases from validation to scalable rollout.Measurement & Performance: Set up KPI frameworks, tracking systems, and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure consistency across markets. Provide actionable insights to support continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.Tools & Operational Excellence: Work with data and CRM platforms to ensure effective usage, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes. Promote best practices in data operations and activation across teams.Collaboration & Enablement: Collaborate with CRM, CX, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure smooth delivery of data initiatives.
