An exciting environment where technology, supply chain, and customer experience play a key role in driving growth.DescripciónThe Product Area Lead is owning the overall roadmap and budget for the products in the respective areas and leads, inspires and empowers the people in the teams. He/she owns the development and operation of the products with the goal of maximizing customer/user satisfaction and business value within the budget. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and targeted product development and operations, especially for cross-product solutions.Reporting to the Global Head of Core Applications, your responsibilities will include, among others:Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine and own the SAP Logistics product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Prioritize initiatives based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.Drive innovation across logistics and supply chain capabilities.Business PartnershipAct as the primary liaison between Logistics, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, and IT teams.Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Ensure alignment between technology investments and business goals.Support key decision-making processes regarding logistics systems and processes.SAP Solution OwnershipOwn the lifecycle of SAP Logistics applications and processes.Oversee enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure solution stability, performance, and compliance with company standards.Define and govern solution architecture decisions within the logistics domain.Project DeliveryLead SAP implementation, rollout, transformation, and optimization projects.Manage external partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.Collaborate with project teams to deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and according to expected business outcomes.Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM transformation programs where applicable.Operational ExcellenceMonitor service performance and system KPIs.Drive root cause analysis and resolution of major issues.Identify opportunities to automate and streamline logistics operations.Promote standardization and best practices across locations.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management applications, ERP systems, or related enterprise application environments, ideally within fashion, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries.Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SAP ECC, including one or more of the following domains: MM, PP, WM/EWM, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.Experience with SAP EWM and SAP PP in complex, multi-country environments. Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is an advantage.Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, ideally Centric PLM, and an understanding of how product creation, sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain processes interact across the value chain.Proven track record leading enterprise application teams, external partners, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of application integration concepts and experience working with interconnected landscapes consisting of SAP, PLM, planning, middleware, and analytics solutions.Experience managing application roadmaps, budgets, vendors, and delivery teams in an agile and DevOps-oriented environment.Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders and align priorities across multiple functions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business, process, and technical conversations.Experience defining business requirements, reviewing solution designs, supporting testing activities, and leading successful go-live and hypercare phases.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.Fluent English is required. German is an advantage.Willingness to travel occasionally.Self-driven, structured, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships across global teams.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?Permanent contract in a global company.Competitive salary range between €80.000 and €90.000 gross per year.
