We're now a FTSE 250 organization with operations in 36 countries, providing recruitment services and career opportunities at a local regional and global level.In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.Find out more here:https://www.michaelpage.es/ssc-pagegroup-careers#source=pp-esDescripciónThe People & Culture Data Specialist will provide operational and analytical support to the P&C Data & Insights team across ongoing initiatives that require complex People Data Management, including HRIS implementation, compensation review processes, and People Data reporting.Key Responsibilities:Support the ongoingHRIS Data Migration & Implementation in all relevant phases:Support data collection activitiesPerform data cleansing and quality/completeness reviewsConsolidate the collected data for templates' preparationConduct data reconciliationsProvide ad-hoc support, including hyper-care periodSupport the planning and execution of annual Global Compensation Review Processes, including:Preparing manager review filesConsolidating recommendations and performing analysis to support approvalsAnalytics & ReportingSupport in developing recurrent and ad-hoc reports and dashboards containing people data¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Language Skills - proficient in English3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS or People Data roles.
