About this role

The Learning & Development Advisor partners with the business to drive measurable improvements in recruiter and leadership performance across Iberia.

Bringing strong commercial credibility, this role translates business priorities into targeted, practical learning solutions that directly impact productivity, quality, and retention. Working across Spain and Portugal, the role balances local business needs with global L&D strategy, ensuring learning is relevant, scalable, and performance-driven.

Advisor vs Senior Advisor - Scope & Impact

Advisor

  • Delivers high-quality learning and coaching across defined programmes
  • Supports capability initiatives, leads local initiatives, and contributes to global project
  • Builds strong working relationships with local stakeholders



Senior Advisor

  • Leads complex, high-impact learning interventions aligned to key business priorities
  • Owns capability areas or strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Influences senior stakeholders and shapes L&D direction within the region



What you will do:

Drive performance through learning:

  • Deliver high-impact learning experiences that improve recruiter productivity, conversion, and capability
  • Embed learning into day-to-day workflows to enable sustained behaviour change and results
  • Partner with the regional L&D Director & business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and performance drivers
  • Translate business needs into practical, applied learning solutions by partnering with global learning journey owners



Deliver and facilitate first-class learning experiences

  • Facilitate engaging sessions for audiences ranging from new joiners to experienced managers and experts
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching to accelerate individual and team performance



Use data to optimise impact

  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance data and feedback
  • Continuously refine solutions to maximise business outcomes



Collaborate across a global L&D ecosystem

  • Partner with global L&D teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align on priorities
  • Adapt global solutions to meet Iberian market needs



Lead and contribute to initiatives

  • Own or contribute to local and global L&D projects with accountability for outcomes
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all learning interventions in the region



Leverage technology and AI

  • Use AI and digital tools to personalise learning, scale coaching, and enhance insights
  • Maximise the impact of LMS/LXP platforms to drive engagement and adoption



Manage external partnerships

  • Work with external vendors, ensuring quality, alignment, and measurable impact



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

What you will bring:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry or a similar commercial environment, with a strong understanding of performance drivers
  • Demonstrated ability in:
    • Facilitation and delivery of impactful learning
    • Coaching individuals and teams
    • Translating business needs into practical solutions
  • Strong commercial credibility and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience using data and insights to improve learning effectiveness, a plus
  • High level of digital and AI literacy, ideally experience with LMS/LXP platforms
  • Background in HR, Learning, Organisation Development, or related field (relevant certifications such as coaching) is advantageous
