Interim Finance Director to lead the finance function, oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. The successful candidate will be a fluent English and Spanish speaker with significant senior finance leadership experience and the ability to quickly add value in a fast-paced environment. Málaga-based, in the office required at least 50% of the week.

Descripción

  • Lead the overall finance function and finance team.
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor profitability, costs, and business performance.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.
  • Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Coordinate audits and external advisor relationships.
  • Implement and enhance financial controls and processes.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Qualified Accountant preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' post-qualification finance experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing statutory accounts, tax compliance, and audits.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Previous interim or contract leadership experience highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is advantageous
