You'll be a commercial driver, someone passionate about live entertainment, dedicated to learning quickly about the market, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term collaborations.DescripciónIdentify, approach, and close new event organiser and ticketing partnerships across Spain and PortugalBuild strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the live events industryDrive revenue growth in the region by increasing event adoptionOwn the full sales cycle with support from the existing commercial team: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closureRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetings across Iberia alongside the Region LeadCollaborate closely with Account Management and Operations to ensure smooth partner onboardingShare local market feedback with the commercial teamMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in Spain and PortugalExecute regional growth strategies, sharing market feedback with the commercial team to continuously improve themTrack performance against targets and proactively adjust your approach where neededContribute to improving internal sales processes and tooling¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?We're looking for someone who combines commercial drive with genuine curiosity about the live events industry.Besides that, you:Have at least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within ticketing, events, marketplaces, or techUnderstand globally how the live entertainment ecosystem works and be dedicated to getting up to speed with its intricacies fastSpeak fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken): English is the main language used internally, whilst client-facing activities are carried out in Spanish.
