The organization is recognized for its iconic brands, innovation, and commitment to excellence, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for professionals looking to grow their careers in a highly competitive sector.DescripciónKey Responsabilities:Identify, analyze, and implement opportunities to automate and improve tax processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the Tax function.Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of tax-related systems and technologies.Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize workflows and data management processes.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support tax compliance and decision-making.Ensure data integrity and consistency across tax systems and reporting platforms.Participate in tax transformation and digitalization projects.Document business requirements, processes, controls, and system enhancements.Support testing activities for new system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.Monitor and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for standardization and operational excellence.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or a related business area.Strong interest in technology, systems, automation, and process optimization.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar.Advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Good communication skills in English and Spanish.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?ConditionsFlexible working hours: start time between 7:30 and 10:00. From Monday to Thursday, employees work 8 hours and 30 minutes of effective working time (plus a 40-minute break for lunch and coffee).
