Our client is a Spanish multinational company headquartered in Barcelona, specializing in the fashion and fragrance industry.

Descripción

  • Analyze tax treatment for any new transaction or flow (direct and indirect taxes).
  • Perform regular reviews/audits to ensure tax treatment is properly applied.
  • Be aware of any new tax regulation, Cour resolution or ruling that may have an impact on the business and anticipate recommendations.
  • Support to Accounting in the preparation of regular tax returns.
  • Ensure proper tax accounting model.
  • VAT tax codes definition
  • Preparation of certain tax returns.
  • Review tax returns prepared by externals.
  • Coordinate and support Subsidiaries managed directly from HQ's for tax related matters.
  • Calculate Corporate income Tax monthly accruals and annual budget.
  • Manage tax communications with tax Authorities and tax audits.
  • Provide tax data for global tax reporting purposes including Pilar 2, Country by country reporting and total tax contributions.
  • Prepare annual summary of related interco transactions for transfer pricing purposes.
  • Manage subsidiaries integrations.
  • Develop controls, automation and improvements on IT systems.
  • Identify and implement new logistic flows.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Tax department or CPA firm.
  • Education: Administration and Business Management or Economics.
  • Languages: English required, Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Additional languages are considered an asset
