To support the evolution of its global SAP organization, we are looking for a SAP Operations MAnager who will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, service governance, and strategic initiatives across the SAP landscape.

Descripción



  • IT Operations

    • Ensure the availability and stability of plant IT services.
    • Lead day-to-day IT operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
    • Oversee service quality, SLA performance, and incident management.



    SAP & Corporate Services

    • Coordinate SAP RUN operations.
    • Manage SAP support providers and monitor operational KPIs.
    • Support the resolution of critical incidents.



    Vendor Management

    • Oversee service delivery, contracts, and continuous improvement plans.
    • Evaluate technology partners and manage operational budgets within approved limits.



    Incident & Business Management

    • Lead the response to operational incidents and crisis situations.
    • Act as the main IT point of contact for plant management.
    • Translate business needs into effective operational actions.



    Leadership

    • Manage priorities, resources, and service coverage.
    • Lead internal teams and external providers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

    • Located in Valencia, Spain
    • Extensive experience leading large SAP organizations within complex international environments.
    • 8-15 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Service Delivery.
    • Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
    • Strong track record managing business-critical IT services.
    • Experience overseeing vendors and service delivery contracts.
    • Experience working within international organizations and complex environments.
