Guardar Volver a la búsqueda Descripción Resumen Otras ofertas Added 29/10/2026R&D Engineering LeaderGlobal leader in transport temperature control solutions.¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Global leader in transport temperature control solutions, specializing in refrigeration and climate control systems for trucks, trailers, and buses.DescripciónResponsible for leading the team of R&D engineering managers, composed by Design, Refrigeration, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers and Prototype Technicians.Create a strategy, organise and manage resources to achieve both short and long-term objectives for the engineering function.Determine business planning and long-term strategy around New Product Development, modifying existing designs, improve production techniques; and develop test procedures.Maintain engineering support for production (VAVE).Manage regional test facilities/labs.Oversee project schedules and budget to meet project requirements.Coordinate each phase of complex design projects involving complete systems and other team leads to prioritize overall requirements and reallocate resources accordingly.Mentor and assist with supervision of team members.Champion and embed a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking innovation within the engineering team.Ensure strong development and engagement of team, celebrating individual and team successes, and creating strong action plans from the employee engagement survey.Drive product roadmap and initiatives and oversee technical design.Develop strategic plans to provide effective product development.Provide support for scoping of work tasks and budgets.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. MSc or MBA desired10+ years relevant experience. Experience with refrigeration systems or with electrical equipment / hybrid vehicles is a must.
