While acting as the architectural custodian for the platform and products, the role will lead the definition and validation of relevant solutions to ensure that technology investments, architecture, designs and ways of working realise business needs whilst being aligned with best practice, the broader enterprise architecture, business objectives and strategic roadmaps.Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders including product owners, architecture peers, delivery teams and third-party partners, the Lead CRM Solution Architect facilitates key architecture decisions and defines, or validates, agreed solutions that solve business problems, fulfil business requirements and maximise sustainable business value.The role provides architectural leadership across the full solution lifecycle, balancing business outcomes, user experience, customer experience, risk, technical debt, security, cost, longevity, scalability, agility and supportability.
