Guardar Volver a la búsqueda Descripción Resumen Otras ofertas Actualizado el 30/09/2026A company engaged in the production of goods for recreational activities.Is seeking an Import/Export Manager.¿Dónde vas a trabajar?A company engaged in the production of goods for recreational activities.DescripciónManage international purchase orders to guarantee the coverage of requirements and replenishment needs according to production plans and defined inventory levelsCoordinate intercompany purchases and deliveries, and triangular supply flowsManage the entire import/export process, from order placement to timely and efficient delivery, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and legal frameworks (including data privacy where relevant)Develop and implement import/export strategies that support the company's business goals and ensure compliance with international trade regulationsManage customs clearance procedures and ensure accurate and prompt import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading and other shipping documentsNegotiate freight rates and agreements with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providersCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goodsDevelop and maintain a network of relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, logistics providers, government agencies, and industry partners, to secure competitive rates and reliable serviceOptimize shipping methods and routes to minimize costs and transit timesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws and regulations, keeping the company informed of any changesManage and maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions, including shipment status and delivery performanceMonitor and track import/export activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvementManage and mitigate risks associated with international logisticsHandle issues and challenges related to shipping and customs processes¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMasters degree or additional certifications in International Trade, Logistics or Supply Chain ManagementPrior experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain managementDeep knowledge of international trade laws and regulations, including customs procedures, tariffs, and trade agreementsExcellent understanding of Incoterms to clarify split of tasks, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goodsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDecision-making ability and sense of initiative to drive business successStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, encouraging collaborative efforts across different departments and locationsProficiency in English and one or more other foreign languages to facilitate international communicationStrong attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of global market trends and dynamicsProficiency with office and logistics management softwareDiplomacy and open-mindedness to navigate cultural differences and international challenges¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
