The Head of Communications, Spain will lead corporate communications, public affairs and reputation management for one of the leading international live entertainment groups operating in the Spanish market. The role will be responsible for building trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders, strengthening corporate visibility and protecting the company's reputation across a complex and fast-evolving environment.

Descripción

  • Define and execute the communications and public affairs strategy for Spain, aligned with business priorities and global objectives.
  • Develop and strengthen the company's corporate reputation among institutional, industry and media stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, local administrations and industry associations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communications, reputational and stakeholder-related matters.
  • Lead external communications initiatives, ensuring consistency of messaging across the Spanish portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media organisations and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop proactive corporate storytelling and executive visibility strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory, political and social developments that may impact the business.
  • Lead crisis communications planning and response across the Spanish market.
  • Drive effective stakeholder engagement programmes to support business growth and operational priorities.
  • Partner with events and business leaders to ensure alignment on communications objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Operations, Marketing, HR and Corporate Affairs.
  • Design and deliver internal communications initiatives that enhance employee engagement and alignment.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure communications effectiveness and reputation impact.
  • Represent the organisation externally at industry forums, conferences and relevant stakeholder events.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The successful candidate should have:

  • Significant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs or Reputation Management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with government institutions, regulators and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, public policy and strategic communications.
  • Proven track record managing complex reputational and communications challenges.
  • Experience operating within dynamic, highly visible and consumer-facing organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
  • Resilience and sound judgement in high-pressure environments.



Fluent Spanish and English.
