We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and coordinate global initiatives related to product identification, barcode governance, master data and product launch execution across an international environment.This role will act as the key point of contact for GS1 standards, product lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the successful implementation and packaging identification.

The organisation operates in the Beauty industry in Barcelona.The successful candidate will collaborate with more than 15 different functions and a broad network of stakeholders, playing a critical role in the launch of new products across global markets.

Descripción

  • Manage GS1 data activities to maintain consistent product and supply chain information.
  • Coordinate product data updates and ensure records remain accurate and complete.
  • Work with Procurement & Supply Chain colleagues to align GS1 information with operational needs.
  • Maintain GS1 identifiers and related product data across relevant systems.
  • Review data quality and resolve identified inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate information requests linked to GS1 standards and product records.
  • Document data processes to support clear and consistent ways of working.
  • Provide reliable GS1 data for supply chain activities in the Life Science sector.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful GS1 Manager should have:

  • Practical knowledge of GS1 standards, identifiers and product data management.
  • Experience managing product information and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Ability to review data quality and resolve inconsistencies clearly.
  • Understanding of supply chain data flows and their operational use.
  • Ability to coordinate data updates with Procurement & Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Confidence documenting processes and managing structured information.
