Descripción

  • Define and execute the global services strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead and develop an international leadership team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness and scalability across a large, geographically dispersed services function.
  • Ensure strong alignment between service operations, commercial teams and customer success objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
  • Oversee service agreements, support models and customer-facing service delivery frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and long-term customer value.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on matters relating to customer support and service operations.

We are interested in speaking with executives who combine deep technical credibility with strong commercial and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive leadership experience within global service organisations.
  • Background in industrial equipment, automation, engineered systems or related technology-driven environments.
  • Experience managing large, international and multi-layered service teams.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation.
  • Proven ability to lead organisational transformation and talent development initiatives.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on understanding of service operations.
  • Ability to engage effectively with highly technical field-based teams while operating confidently at Board and Executive Committee level.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-oriented leadership style.
