The company combines financial stability with an ambitious growth agenda, offering senior professionals the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decision-making and organisational development while operating in a complex and dynamic environment.DescripciónLead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and group reporting processes for the parent company and its subsidiaries.Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring strong budgetary control and performance monitoring.Analyse operational, commercial and overhead costs, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.Ensure compliance with accounting, corporate and tax regulations, managing statutory reporting, official books and annual accounts.Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.Lead and supervise the consolidation of financial statements at group level.Manage treasury activities including working capital, cash flow optimisation, banking relationships, debt management and dividend policy.Support the evaluation, presentation and execution of strategic corporate projects including acquisitions, divestments, investments and other value creation initiatives.Partner with executive management to define and enhance business systems and technology platforms that support organisational objectives.Lead transformation and systems implementation projects, ensuring process optimisation, operational continuity and platform stability.Negotiate, implement and monitor agreements with key suppliers and business partners to generate cost savings and service improvements within corporate procurement activities.Act as Tax Compliance Officer, working closely with the Compliance function and participating as a member of the Compliance Committee.Provide financial guidance and support to the Executive Committee and Board as required.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is highly valued.Extensive experience in senior finance leadership positions within complex, international business environments.Solid expertise across financial accounting, reporting, consolidation, treasury, taxation and compliance.Proven experience managing relationships with auditors, banks and external advisors.Strong understanding of corporate finance, business planning and financial analysis.Previous exposure to M&A, investment projects and strategic business initiatives would be advantageous.Experience leading ERP implementations, finance transformation projects or systems integration initiatives.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing multifunctional teams.Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent English is essential.
