This role is dedicated to managing and expanding our healthcare provider network in Turkey.The ideal candidate will be a Turkish national with in-depth knowledge of the local healthcare system and strong negotiation skills.You will play a key role in building strategic relationships with healthcare facilities, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our global medical assistance services.Key responsabilities:Network Development: Identify, onboard, and maintain partnerships with healthcare facilities across Turkey.Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate commercial terms and foster long-term relationships with providers.Operational Support: Assist with processes related to medical assistance and claims management.Compliance & Quality: Coordinate with local agents to ensure service quality and adherence to compliance standards.Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights on network performance and market trends.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Nationality: Turkish (mandatory).Experience: Minimum 3 years in healthcare network management or provider relations in Turkey.Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system.Languages: Fluent in Turkish and English.
