Treasury and Working Capital specialist

Reporting directly to the manager of Treasure and Risk.

Lead the corporate Working Capital Improvement project across the group:

• Coordination of activities and initiatives around Cash and Payment Terms in Procurement / Supply Chain and Sales
• Drive actions to be done by the Procurement team, such as Negotiation of targeted Payment terms with the suppliers, enrollment in our leverage tools (i.e. Confirming lines, Letters of credit, other payment tools), improvement of payment cycles
• Lead the implementation of the IT systems required for working capital management
• Assist in planning and execution of the company third party and intercompany payments and collections.
• Daily short-term treasury management.
• Assist in planning the financing and cash needs of the group and its subsidiaries in the short and medium (eg loans, lines of credit, working capital financing, cash investments).
• Monthly/Quarterly Forecast and Report the improvement in the Company's Working Capital position that comes from Procurement actions during the Year.
• Assist in the negotiation and contracting of the short term financial products that the group needs at all times.
• Assist in the negotiation of banking risk lines for the financial needs of the group.
