Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Strategic Workforce Planning.Proven experience in designing, managing, and evolving frameworks for these HR processes within multi-unit or matrix organizations.Ability to develop guides, communication materials, training programs, and executive presentations for HR initiatives.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance and talent data to support strategic decision-making.Knowledge of compensation frameworks and experience in defining and implementing competency frameworks.Proficiency in SuccessFactors; experience with HR technologies to optimize processes is a plus.Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
