Mission: Supply Chain Manager ensures mid- to long-term supply planning (3-24 months) with external suppliers, driving supply continuity, capacity planning, and risk mitigation. The role also leads ESO S&OP with external partners, ensuring supply alignment with business needs while driving strategic initiatives for network optimization, supplier collaboration, and process improvements.

Tactical Planning and S&OP Leadership

Develop and maintain one common Supply Plan for tactical horizon (3-24 months), ensuring mid- to long-term production readiness and risk mitigation.

Facilitate ESO S&OP with external partners, ensuring supply plans align with business needs.

Define raw material inventory strategy with supplier and conduct monthly inventory review during S&OP

Facilitate ESO Supply Review within Galderma S&OP process with Global/Regional Supply Chain Team

Scenario Planning: Develop supply scenarios to assess the impact of demand fluctuations, regulatory changes, or supply constraints, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.

Phase-In/Phase-Out Tactical Planning for NPIs, launches, geo expansion & Product Transfers, and preventing excess inventory or write-offs.

Supplier Collaboration & Performance Management

Establish and maintain SLAs with external partners and monitor defined supply chain KPIs

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, such as efficiency gains, lead time reductions, and cost optimization.

Responsibleforthecoordinationofbottleneckmanagementtoavoidorminimizestockoutrisksformarketsandpatientscreatingscenariosincollaborationwith Global Functions

Provide insights and recommendations for ESO network strategy: supplier selection, material flow design

Contribute in cross-functional due diligence assessing capacity, supply chain process and systems

Collaborate with global supply chain to simplify ESO product portfolio, reducing complexity and improving supply agility.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.

Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Supply Chain Management…) is preferred).

APICS certification or similar is valuable.

Minimum 5 years professional experience in supply chain specifically in the demand planning and supply planning space from leading FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies.

Demonstrated experience in S&OP leadership & successfully implementing best practices and processes in a demand and/or supply planning organization.

Proficient in MS Office suite, Power BI or similar.
