- Work with discipline leads in Print, Digital and Broadcast to ensure efficient processes are adhered to and continuosly look to improve existing best practices.
- Deep understanding of Adobe CC, especially Premier, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Understand all aspects of production platform, cPlus, and ensure the studio is working within the best practice guidelines.
- Troubleshoot any technical/process issues raised by studio team.
- Ensures quality control for all projects.
- Must be a hands-on production leader with ability to understand operator challenges in the Adobe CC suite.
- Able to work with leadership team to create and implement workflows and efficiencies.
- Make recommendations for new technology and equipment.
- Seeks and maintains up-to-date knowledge of production technology.
- Improve studio business process, expand capabilities & workflow through technology.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Promotion of a culture that celebrates the key pillars of offering.
- Manage and troubleshoot finance workflows.
- Oversee studio time entry ensuring all user time is entered correctly and timely.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Be an expert in Adobe CC and skilled in Premier, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign
6+ year's experience in a studio production environment
Business Administration/ Engineering degree or business experience
Ability to troubleshoot and innovate workflows by utilizing technology and automation
Knowledge of video and Voice Over best practices
Demonstrated positive, results oriented attitude
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
Must be a competent leader, teacher and mentor for others
Able to foster a positive team atmosphere
