Europe industrial company with an ambitious growth, driven by M&A and organic expansion, and supported by transformation projects. The Strategy & Transformation Manager combines strategic planning, project leadership, and executive communication, supporting the company's transformation agenda across multiple countries. The role will be based in Madrid.

Europe industrial company, currently undergoing a major transformation, with an ambitious growth plans across Spain and Europe, driven by M&A and organic expansion, and supported by transformation projects in Supply Chain, Digital, Org and Procurement.

Descripción

  • Executive Presentations: Prepare high-impact presentations for quarterly results, Board meetings, industry conventions, and executive retreats.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the ideation and annual review of the European strategic plan.
  • Transformation Office Management: Oversee the PMO for Europe's most strategic projects, ensuring monthly progress tracking.
  • Project Leadership: Drive key initiatives, primarily in Digital (e-commerce platform launches) and Organizational Design (centralization, SSC…).
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor macroeconomic trends across European markets and track industry developments.
  • Business Plan Review: Assess new project proposals, identify risks, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Support: Help countries and functions structure and launch complex, high-value initiatives.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Previous experience in Strategic Consulting (Tier 2) is a must.
  • Executive Presentation Excellence: Strong PowerPoint skills, capable of creating clear, impactful storylines quickly.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to learn fast, dive into new topics, and deliver value autonomously.
  • Project Management: Proven experience leading projects independently.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial concepts and business planning.
  • Communication & Presence: Comfortable working closely with executives.
  • Language: Fluent English (working language).
  • Preferred Experience: Participation in digital transformation or organizational restructuring projects.

  • Salary range between: 75.000€ - 85.000€ + 20% bonus.

  • Hybrid Work Model: Approximately 2 days per week onsite in Madrid.
